In BIOS RTL8139 NIC card is being shown as 10EC:8131 and LAN port not connecting to internet

Few years ago I had bought a brand new Intel DH61WW Mother Board and started using by installing Windows XP OS. One day during lightening on board LAN Port got burnt and LAN stopped working. I disabled on board LAN port and installed a PCI LAN AddOn Card and this hardware configuration worked fine till Windows 7 Ultima OS version.Subsequently I upgraded the OS to Windows 10 Pro 32 bit version then also LAN card worked fine. When I upgraded the OS to Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version, LAN Card is not getting configured and am not able to connect to internet. LAN Card controller is Realtek RTL8139D.
