Impossible to run Windows 11 on my PC HP!

I have my computer since 6 years and it's yesterday that I had the message "sign in again our you'll lose all your files" I tried and nothing happened, just that I lost all files and pictures I had! Now I have a temporary desktop and I checked the settings : Impossible to run Windows 11 your device doesn't meet minimum system requirements. What can I do and why it happened? Thank you in advance!
