Impossible to locate a file

[Windows 10]

Hello,I'm here because I have an annoying problem on my Windows 10. I can't know the location of files on my desktop. When I click on "Open location file" nothing happens.I tried many things including reboots, "sfc /scannow", and "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth".Nothing works, do someone have an idea ?
