Importing media from iPhone 8 Plus to a Win 11 Laptop

Usually, I connect the device to the laptop and start importing. But when I try and look for the photos/videos that I want to import, it's not there. All I see inside the DCIM folder is another folder with a series of numbers, inside that folder is only one video. Note that this is the only pathway available on the phone (iPhone > DCIM > 000211_ > "video"); other files or media are nowhere to be found
