IMAP Mails Cannot Receive Incoming Mails in Outlook 365

One of our client is using IMAP server for mails, after configuring in the Outlook 365 the account have issue to receive incoming mails. On the server side, I believe have no issue as per check that web mails able to receive incoming immediately. We have try to troubleshot this by following this guide Slow Send and Receive with Outlook 2010 and IMAP - SmarterTools but still cannot resolve it. We do strongly believe it has something to do with the outlook configuration.

The IMAP server configuration as follows :-
incoming server : mail.condition-zebra.com
port : 993
SSL : Yes
