we have our local intranet on sharepoint, and we use an orgchart which has links to photos stored in sharepoint.
the url for the photo is as follows
https://intranet/personnel/2628.jpg
in IE 11 this doesn't show the picture
however it works with Edge, new Edge, Chrome, Firefox
not all photos have this problem, the ones not working have a resolution of 640 x 480
working pictures are 100 x 121
