I'm unable to sign into my laptop - says "You can't sign in with this account. Try a different account."

Trying to sign in to my computer. I've tried using my fingerprint and pin, and both methods give me the same message: "You can't sign in with this account. Try a different account." I've also tried to use my password, but it keeps telling me "password incorrect."I've restarted my computer several times, and tried shutting it down several times as well.Please help.
