I'm trying to reinstall Windows 11 from Ubuntu via the UEFI boot screen, but I get an error (0xc000014c) when trying to do so from the UEFI setup.

(I also asked this on Ubuntu forums, and was told that this was a Windows problem, not an Ubuntu problem, so I'm asking here as well.)I tried reinstalling Windows 11 using a .iso file, but when I do so, I get the following error:"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer. 2.
