I think my laptop was hacked in 2022 so I purchased another laptop, registered it with my MS account (a Gmail acct) and all seemed to be fine for a month or so. Then I had signs of being hacked again so I created another Local (Admin) User with a different email account (AOL), and I used that for a while,. THEN suddenly I can't use Task Mgr, install/uninstall applications, view/modify/etc Services. I can't Restore, Reset, Nothing.I can only login as the second admin user (AOL email) that I created, can't disable Windows Hello sign in Additional Security Features, can't reinstall, NORHING.What
