I went into safe mode to reset my antivirus, Bitfender. Once there, I can't get out of safe mode since this requires an administrative password which windows now doesn't recognize. For whatever stupid reason Windows devised, your administrative password does not work while in safe mode! I've used my PIN and my Microsoft password and neither work. I don't have a start up disc for windows 10 to use to restart my pc without it automatically going into safe mode because I bought this computer with Windows 10 on it. This seems to be the only way out of this loop from what I've read online. Every suggestion or help online suggests using a cmd like misconfig which requires an administrative password which safe mode won't recognize or going into boot options which requires an admin. password, and since safe mode doesn't accept or recognize my password, I'm stuck in a never ending loop of restarting or shutting down my pc with it going straight back into safe mode on restart. Have I just lost the use of this computer in an administrative capacity? I can still use it under a secondary user account which doesn't have access to administrative privileges but this restricts my full use of this pc because it is forever stuck in safe mode without a way out! PLEASE HELP!
