Im stuck in an automatic repair loop where every time i start my pc it says “diagnosing your pc” and then goes on a blue page that says “automatic rep

On top of this, it gives me two options restart and advanced options. If i restart it continues the loop and when i click advanced options nothing works ans it doesn't even let me reset.
