I'm seeing this weird barcode like thing when scrolling the left Pane in File Explorer in windows 11

I am seeing a weird barcode thing on the left pane of file explorer when i scrolling in my new windows 11 Lenovo laptop tha I bought hardly 20 days ago. I called up the Lenovo support, after multiple sessions with them still the issue is not resolved. I updated all the drivers, factory reset my laptop still thi problem exists. I was also advised to use external mouse and to my surprise when I used external mouse this issue didn't happen. It happens only when I am scrolling using my touchpad. I called Microsoft support too they said that this issue seems to be of hardware but here's my question
