I'm running windows 11 on my PC. Why am I getting a message stating "This PC doesn't currently meet windows 11 system requirements." when trying to do

I am running windows 11 on my pc, the other day i received an update for 24H2 when i tryed to download the update it made it to 8% and then gave me this message: "THIS PC DOESN'T CURRENTLY MEET WINDOWS 11 SYSTEM REQUIRMENTS." WHY AM I NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD this update?
