I'm running Windows 11 and i have an external Lacie Raid drive that won't shutdown when i shutdown my pc.I've tried the Power settings advanced options, turn hard disk off after a certain amount of time but my usb 3.1 port keeps power to the device so it does not shut down.I also can't find any solutions in the BIOS section, but maybe i'm looking in the wrong place.I've been in touch with the Harddrive company seagate but they said the problem is a windows issue.
