I'm reinstalling windows 11, can I keep my personal files?

I have to reinstall windows because the startup repair tool could not repair anything. When I've opened up the menu to reinstall windows using my usb drive, it says that I have to agree that everything that I have will be deleted-- files, software, and settings.Is there a way I can keep my files? I don't want to lose them because I need them for work AND college.
