I'm on windows ten, it says my internet is not existent, it also has removed any option to access any form of internet

When I load up my computer it takes about five minutes for the taskbar to load up and won't let me do anything until it does load up, then it says I have absolutely no internet and when I try to connect to the internet there is no such thing, when I press it from the task bar the internet option just disappeared same as on my settings
