I'm not sure what's happened to my Windows 11 computer.

Today I turned on my pc(Win11) but it was stuck on a black screen with a loading cursor icon. Yesterday I updated my nvidia drivers, so I thought that may be the culprit. Despite resetting my pc, the issue remained present. I removed my GPU and used my integrated graphics to get into my pc. I then used Revo Uninstaller to uninstall my nvidia graphics drivers. After plugging my GPU back in, my pc no longer detected it. I tried re-seating it and checking the PCIe cables. All seemed fine but my pc still didn't recognize my GPU(the gpu lights turn on but doesn't display anything nor is it detected
