I'm not able to use my Windows PC because I'm getting this error message, "We can't sign in to your account" everytime I try to log in.

I tried booting into Safe Mode. I tried making changes in the registry through Registry Editor. I tried other solutions, but some solutions were not possible as I am not even able to open Windows Defender. I am not able to create local users. The settings app crashes unnecessarily, please assist. I need to resolve this quick, I'm a student.I can provide with any required information.Thank you
