I’m locked out with bitlocker and have no key.

I’m locked out with bitlocker and have no key. The troubleshooting asked me to rebuild the BCD so I enetered the code, “boot rec/rebuildbcd” and it scanned and found 0 windows installations. I know windows is installed on my PC but I cannot get past the bitLock Screen. Further, I have tried restarting after entering the code and I have tried resetting the PC. Nothing Is working.
