I'm having trouble downloading from the Microsoft Store?

I am having trouble with downloading an app that I've paid for from the Microsoft Store, any time I attempt to download the programme it simply says there has been an error and "something happened on our end" I've tried everything I can think of to fix this issue without luck. Assistance would be much appreciated. The Error code is 0x80070005 All of the following steps have been tried and failed: 1- Clear the Microsoft Store cache..
