I'm having the same issue as user Sapfire

The service file cannot be specified. As a matter of fact, there is no existence of its installation. "The system cannot find the path specified. No Instance(s) Available. ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value. ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value."That is the error message it provides. I went and tried downloading FRST.exe and after the scan that didn't, even after downloading the defender.log file, it still brought the same error message.
