I’m having problems with Microsoft Store..

For quite a long time ,(probably more than a year) I have problems with Microsoft Store, I cannot install any apps. Whenever I try doing so, It either just rotates or the Install button turns gray. I’ve tried many things, from trying to repair it in Settings down to reinstalling it and I had no results. I even got a game recently and I need to install it on Microsoft Store first..(BTW My Windows isn’t activated, don’t know if it has anything to do with the problem but I’m saying just in case, for more than a year now).
