I'm having an issue trying to update windows, keep getting error 800700C1

So, let me first list what I've done from this post here:Windows update error 0x800700c1 - Microsoft CommunityI have done the followingsfc scannowdism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthDownload Windows 10downloaded and done the window's creation tool method, disabled my internet and my antiviruses and it failedI have the dism file that tells me the same error as thisI am willing to try every method possible to fix this and can I please get help on this?
