I'm having a problem with Windows update. I'm still with Windows 10 although my PC is suitable for W11

I get into Windows Update in 'Settings' and see thisYour device is missing important security and quality fixes. in RED! I click on 'Check for Updates' and after 10 seconds despite the stream of dots from which I infer something is happening the same message is displayed. I now realise that it seems quite a long time ago since I was in the situation where I was told the PC needed to restart for updates to be installed.I've looked at Update History,A Malicious software removal tool was installed today (Sep 13) as was the Windos Defender update, the latest 'Quality' update was installed Aug 25Bu
