I’m connected to the Internet, but something is blocking like getting through to the websites on my desktop. What’s the solution to that?

I am connected to the Internet on my desktop however it’s not able to connect to any website. Something is blocking it. I’ve tried the firewall and I’ve tried proxy to no avail. Do you have any solution to this issue?
