I’m connected to the internet but I can’t use anything that requires internet connection. (Via ethernet cable)

My computer was working perfectly fine until it wasn’t when my internet connection was randomly gone. I never changed anything on it before it stopped working. The last thing I remember changing something imy mycomputer was my power plan but I don’t think it would cause my internet to stop working. I tried literally any possible way to fix it such as resetting my pc, using commands in the command prompt, network reset, reinstalling drivers, unplugging and plugging my ethernet cable, plugging the cable into different ports, etc. I tried using other ethernet cords to my computer but it does the
