I'm concerned that that "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9768.1" update may have made my microphone extremely quiet.

I have had no issue with my microphone in the past, and it was functioning perfectly yesterday, however today I discovered it is extremely quiet now for no apparent reason. I looked in windows updates and found this driver update that happened today and I'm assuming that since it is an audio based update it may be the cause of the problem because I can't find any other. My headphones audio still works perfectly fine, only the microphone (Which is connected to the headset) is super low volume. Is there a way I can revert this update to check? I tried to simply attempting to rollback my drivers
