I'm blocked out of my microsoft account, but why can't support be helpful?

Microsoft support is so useless, not being able to talk to a person. I've been trying to get into my account for weeks but keep getting denied by their automated bs. I changed phone numbers and don't have access to the old number that is linked to my old account. I can't use my laptop at all because its asking for the bitlocker recovery key which I can't access. It's hurting my DJ business and annoying me in general
