I'm blocked from random sites online due to Family Safety while being the only member of my "Family"?

For some reason, I'm getting the following message whenever I try to reach various sites online, despite being the administrator of my device and the only member of my "Family": "You'll need to ask to use this site. If you want to, just send a request to an adult in your family"Followed by a button that says "Ask Now" that I assume sends an email. However, the only email associated with the Microsoft Family is my own, and I don't receive anything.
