"If you've been away, when should Windows require you to sign in?" GREYED OUT

In Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, the setting "If you've been away, when should Windows require you to sign in?" is greyed out for me (set to "Every Time"). I run Windows 11 Home, 24H2, fresh install. No access to Local Group Policy. I tried some registry edits, but no luck yet.It is unacceptable for a user to not be able to set this up. Please, help me make this option customizable.(Further context: Below the greyed out option it says "Windows Hello is preventing some options from being shown". I do have Windows Hello set up)
