if we restore a quarantined file from windows security will such file be exempted from future detection?

I installed an application on my pc, it had a threat as detected by windows security and so it was quarantined.but I restored it later on.so my question is that if in future I install another app and same threat file is there also so will it come under detection as a threat or not?for example, a file named steam.dll came out as a threat file and I restored it so if in future I install another app and it also has steam.dll with same threat so will it get automatically exempted from search or will it come out as threat?
