I tried Windows Defender 'offline' scan. It signed out, like it is supposed to do, but it could not run because a screen came up that claimed that I had 'encryption' on (I didn't know that I had turned it on). The screen gave me a choice: either I could enter a code, or just click 'skip'. I clicked 'skip' and the computer went straight to Windows, without doing a scan.So, my question is - should I just turn off encryption, wait until all the files are unencrypted, and then try again?Or is this unexpected behavior? Should Windows Defender be able to cope with encrypted files?Thanks,
