If I delete a programs off an other user account (basic account, NOT admin) will it delete the program from the entire PC or just that user account?

When I create and additional user to the PC, when I go on their account and delete programs, will it affect it on my side as well (the admin side)? For instance, if I have Photoshop on my account, and delete photoshop from the other user because they don't need it, will it delete the program off the entire computer or only for that user?
