IE11 Not showing Office365 OWA Messages in Pop-up Window (encrypted or unencrypted)

I am accessing OWA through IE11 with the latest updates. I can access my account, but any email I try to open in a pop-up window just shows a blank screen after attempting to load. This happens for both encrypted (S/MIME is installed, and I'm able to send encrypted emails) and unencrypted emails. I have tried compatibility view and trusted sites. I need to be able to open encrypted emails ASAP. Help!
