IE ignore Proxy Pac while connect internet sites and same working fine in chrome

We are using http://abcd/proxy.pac when we connect internet site It's not working in Internet Explorer and same sites are working in Chrome.

Error: DNS name does not exist. INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND

when the use IP address instead of hostname Internet site are working and intranet site are not working, but everything working fine in chrome.

Erroi: INET_E_SECURITY_PROBLEM

We are using Windows 10 1909, same environment with Windows 10 1809 working fine.
