Icon-Apps like Xbox Control, Calculator, Voice Recorder, HP Support Assistant will be displayed with the icon of irfan view including the black thing behind.What did u try to solve the issue?rebuild iconbasesfc /scannnow + dism health commanduninstalling irfan viewchanging the resolution scale from recommended 125% to 150% or 100%.
