i2C HID device cannot start (Code 10)

Hi everyone, I have a Lenovo Yoga 7i, and my touchpad cannot work. When I open Device Manager, there is a yellow exclamation mark beside my I2C HID Device. When I open it, it says, "This device cannot start (Code 10)". Can someone please help me? Thanks
