I would like to know how I can post a solution or alternatively have one of you do so.

I recently purchased a new laptop and had the data from my old unit transferred over. The old unit was Windows 10 and the new one is Windows 11. I only occasionally use a word processing program so I have always used Wordpad. Now Wordpad was taking over 30 seconds to load. I tried numerous suggestions on the forums to no avail but eventually came across what turned out to be a very simple solution involving the printer drivers. I post a link here hoping that it will help others with this problem. WordPad Loads Slowly
