I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN

Hello, I wrote on a previous post with this issue, but in typical Microsoft fashion, I've had no response. My issue: I have, out of no choice of my own yet again, had to install the latest update on my HP Notebook. I left the install go through and do its thing. However, when I went to use the devices, I get a blank screen and I am unable to see anything to complete a reboot or go to any kind of a screen. All I do get is the caps lock key flashing on and off and the power light when it's turned on. I've tried to drain the power and do the usual let it shut itself down and then turn it back on
