I would like onedrive to NOT sync my desktop between my computers.

I reset my computer, I chose for NEWPC and DOT NOT RESTORE. And I want to backup and use my premium subscription of one drive.BUT IT KEEP DISPLAYING OLD FILES AT MY DESKTOP/Pictures/DownloadsIf is chose (twice selected it at the resetting process) WHY this keep happing, how can I stop this shit from happening?
