Using the event viewer, the Adobe Support Rep was able to determine the file that was causing the Adobe crash conflict is ucrtbase.dll. Located in the C:/ drive under this path: C:\Windows\System32.> He also noticed that the BrotherSoft Utility in conjunction with the .dll files was causing the Photoshop app to crash or freeze in such a manner that the process (photoshop.exe) keeps on running, and Windows does not categorize this as a not responding process.> Also, he was not able to close the process using Command Prompt with the Admin rights. > The representative tried to re-instate
