I was trying to install a new version of microsoft c++ since OBS Studio required a newer version but when i tried to instal the new c++ it wouldnt let

When I tried to instal the new c++ it gave me a pop up that read “the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.” How do I fix this?
