I was trying to do a clean install of windows 11 due to malware but it failed

I had malware on my pc and it wouldn’t let me do a normal factory reset so I installed the windows setup to a usb flash drive whenever I try to clean instal windows i get an error windows 11 has failed I click ok it boots back into the windows 11 setup and if I remove the usb flash drive it boots into MSI bios my pc is custom built and has worked perfectly fine for the last 2 years for the most part
