I was hoping to speak to a representative of Microsoft but I cannot find a way to do so. I just loaded up my PC and everything is gone.

All of my files are gone, my games my apps, my photos. Everything is gone and id like to know if this is something in Microsoft's end or if I was somehow hacked. I'm also looking to see if there's a way to fix this issue and recover my data.
