I was factory resetting my dell laptop windows 10 and turned off during installing windows. What do I do now?

I was factory resetting my dell laptop windows 10 and while installing the windows I accidentally turned it off so now the laptop isn't turning on and it's only showing BIOS settings but everything is fine there. How do I make my laptop work again? I don't have another laptop and don't have money to go servicing rn
