I was charged twice for Window 10/11 Pro, how do I get refunded for one of the charges?

I purchased an upgrade to Window 10/11 Pro for my new laptop for work. When I clicked the Buy button I did not get confirmation that the upgrade was purchased, so I clicked the Buy button again. 20 mins later I received 2 emails showing a confirmation. I only need 1 upgrade not 2. Please refund one of the upgrades.
