I was charged for a product/service that doesn't exist

I had an Office 365 subscription for around 9 years. Somehow on 1/22/25, I got a live agent on the phone. I explained that the nature of my work changed, I didn't need the subscription anymore, and only needed cloud storage. It was the end of my yearly plan so I just cancelled recurring billing.However, the agent said I could have 600GB cloud storage on a recurring basis for $5.99 a month.
