I wanted to use Ethernet but when i plug the cord and it said "The PC went into a problem :(". Please help me

I just upgraded to windows 11 and i can't use Ethernet. One day, I tried to plug the cord and my laptop have a problem and turn my laptop off and restart, tell me if anyone have any ideas.
