I wanted to do a clean boot on my pc but i messed it now i cant even use my pin or or request a password change is there any other way to fix this?

Everything i tried just doesn’t work and i dont want to factory reset it since i have alot of work and saved files on it, is there a way to have tech support tell me my old password or reseting it through my phone, because i still have all the information and emails connected to the account info just cant change the password or enter a pin after a clean boot gone wrong. Thanks for the help.
