I want to switch from Windows 11 Education to Windows Home or Pro

I have an Acer laptop which comes with Windows 11 Education pre installed.How do i switch to Windows 11 Home or Pro?i treid reinstalling windows 11 Pro with a USB disk and a new key that i bought.after installation the laptop looks to have Windows 11 Pro, but as soon as the updating starts, Windows 11 Pro is gone and the Education version is back.Help........appreciatedRob Manders
